With over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance, Dusty is known for her leadership and complex, creative thinking. She received her CPA certification from the State of Washington in 1999 and an MBA from the University of Colorado in 2008.

Dusty’s career has spanned multiple industries, from corporate travel to advertising; public and private; small and large; and it has given her a unique insight into the multiple facets of running a successful company. She firmly believes that the success of a company relies heavily on the people within it and their ability and encouragement to succeed.

Raised on a family-owned cattle ranch in Montana, she’s no stranger to hard-work and she’s still a cowgirl at heart (don’t let the taste for designer clothes and gourmet coffee fool you). She is also one of the few CPAs that you’ll meet with a degree in fine arts and music performance.
