Mitch Fillmore

Mitch brings seventeen years of business and information technology experience to the management team at Talent Discovery, Inc. He has held high level IT management roles in companies ranging in size from 200 to 23,000. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Regis University.

In his career, he has participated in account management and sales operations, developed large corporate data centers, led public companies through Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, deployed large scale computing systems across locations worldwide, led the development of critical business sustaining applications, managed global disaster recovery operations, supported thousands of end users around the globe, and implemented IT computing security controls and process.

During his spare time, Mitch likes to spend time with his wife and children. In his other spare time, Mitch is the front man and lead singer for a popular classic rock cover band based in Denver Metro area.
